BACKTRADE TERMS
● Payment Terms:
1、30% deposit by T/T to be effected before production, 70% balance payment to be effected after receipt of fax copy of shipping documents.
2、By irrevocable L/C at sight.
● Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 60 days after receipt of deposit or L/C, but it may vary during the peak season.
● Minimum Order Quantity（MOQ）Requirement.
In order to produce the order under normal cost, customers are kindly requested to place orders with the following MOQ requirement:

| An additional charge of $80.00 is required for order amount less than $3000.00 | |
If the order quantity is less than above MOQ, customers are kindly required to pay extra charge to cover the additional production cost according to the following information:

The increasing price to cover the extra charge is as per the following calculation:
Increasing price = Price ×（MOQ - Order quantity ）/ MOQ × 50%
